We've delivered 300+ AI projects for companies including Bobcat, Microsoft and Mercado Libre, and we partner with NVIDIA, Anthropic and Oracle. We're growing fast, with the US enterprise market as our main focus.
About the role
The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the Board of Directors and the rest of the executive team. This is a hands-on role for an executive who can do both: set the financial strategy and execute at the operational level in a high-growth environment.
Location: Uruguay or Argentina.
Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Own the economics of an evolving professional services model
Manage relationships with existing and prospective investors, and represent the company in diligence processes
Oversee accounting, financial controls and reporting infrastructure across multiple countries; ensure compliance
Advise the CEO and Board on capital structure, valuation and strategic financial decisions
Scale the finance and accounting functions as the company grows
Use AI to scale operations: automating reporting, close and forecasting so the function grows more slowly than the business does
Support corporate development activities
Qualifications
Prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience at a technology company, ideally with a professional services model
Experience as the direct finance counterpart to a private equity investor
US exposure and education in the US, or a career built working in or closely with US companies
CPA and/or MBA required
Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Multi-country experience: entities across jurisdictions, transfer pricing, multi-currency operations
Comfort operating in a lean, high-growth environment with direct hands-on involvement
Excellent communication skills for Board and investor-facing work
