Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead Marvik’s brand, content, demand generation, and events, driving growth alongside leadership.
🚀 We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own and execute Marvik’s marketing function: from brand positioning and content strategy to demand generation, events, and partner co-marketing. This is a high-ownership role, you’ll work directly with leadership and have real impact on how Marvik grows.

What you’ll own
📈 Demand Generation: Design and execute campaigns that support pipeline growth through outbound sequences, LinkedIn, content marketing, and paid acquisition channels where relevant.
✍️ Brand & Content: Own Marvik’s voice across LinkedIn, website, blog, and sales materials.
🌐 Website Ownership: Manage and continuously update marvik.ai with new content, landing pages, success stories, and optimizations. Ensure the site remains current, connected, and conversion-focused. (Webflow experience is a plus.
🤝 Sales Enablement: Support the commercial team with sales decks, one-pagers, and pitch materials. Create and publish success stories that translate project outcomes into compelling client-facing narratives.
🎥 Video & Testimonials: Coordinate and produce video testimonials and case study content, including scripting, logistics, and publishing.
🔍 Digital & SEO/AIO: Manage and optimize Marvik’s digital presence, including visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
🎤 Events: Plan and execute executive dinners, meetups, and industry events from end to end.
🎨 Agency & Vendor Management: Brief, manage, and oversee external agencies and vendors across PR, design, and brand initiatives.
📊 Reporting & Analytics: Track performance across channels and transform data into actionable insights and decisions.
What we’re looking for
5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, or consulting.
Strong writer. You can translate complex AI concepts into sharp, credible copy.
Experience running campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and content.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
Comfortable managing agencies and external partners without heavy oversight.
Organized, autonomous, and focused on outcomes over output.
