🧑🏻💻 Responsibilities:
Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
Architect and provide guidance on building highly-scalable, resilient, end-to-end systems
Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly-available backend systems and APIs
Manage database design, optimization, and ensure data integrity
Implement best practices for security and data protection
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features
Collaborate across time zones via Slack, GitHub comments, documents, and frequent videoconferences
🤝 If you have:
Core Tech: Deep proficiency in Golang is a must.
Proven track record building and deploying large-scale, high-performance software applications.
Database Mastery: Strong practical experience with SQL and NoSQL systems, including schema design and performance tuning.
Experience designing and consuming complex RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker.
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and excellent debugging skills.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
🦾 It’s a plus:
Experience integrating LLMs (Large Language Models) or AI workflows into enterprise systems.
Knowledge of serverless architectures, microservices, or event-driven patterns (WebSockets, Queues, Event Streaming).
Experience with observability (performance monitoring, logging, tracing).
Background in participating in technical scoping and planning meetings with clients.
