We are looking for an Accounting Assistant (Jr/Ssr) to join our Finance & Administration team at Marvik.

This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our accounting information, while actively contributing to the improvement and automation of administrative and accounting processes.

You’ll work in a fast-growing technology environment, where quality, scalability, and best practices are essential, and where processes continuously evolve.

What you’ll do

• Review and control accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial information.

• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations.

• Analyze accounting information within management and accounting systems.

• Participate in monthly closings and preparation of accounting reports.

• Support audit processes, including documentation preparation and backups.

• Collaborate in the improvement, standardization, and automation of accounting and administrative processes.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication.

 What we’re looking for

• Degree in Accounting (graduated or close to graduation). (must have)

• Previous experience in audit processes. (must have)

• Strong hands-on experience with bank reconciliations.

• Experience using accounting systems (QuickBooks is a plus).

• Experience using Looker Studio / PowerBI.

• Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets.

• Solid understanding of accounting processes and monthly closings.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
