AI Delivery Lead

We are looking for an AI Delivery Lead living in São Paulo with a software background who will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires interaction with different stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the projects ensuring that all project deliverables meet the internal and external client’s expectations, providing accurate projections, reports and updates, and ongoing risk assessments.
Collaboration in the professional development of the team.
Understanding client requirements.
Deliver regular status reports to clients and visit them regularly.
Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.


What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or related fields.
Fluent English and advanced Spanish is a must.
Over 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience managing a team using an agile development process.
Experience interacting directly with external clients.
Project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interact seamlessly with both technical and commercial areas.
Eager to take on new challenges and learn new things.
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple tasks.
Machine learning key concepts understanding.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide quality feedback and guidance to peers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Tools: Jira.

It’s a plus:

Scrum master or agile methodologies certifications
Courses related to data science, data analytics, or machine learning.

Experience in client-facing roles
